Q: Can Party Cruise Halong Bay be hired out for private groups?

A: Yes, we can provide private cruise for private party, please contact us for more details.

Q: What activities are there to do on board?

A: Board games, film evenings (DVD and Plasma TV in the bar)
Browse our selection of books and magazines
Late night squid fishing
Cooking demonstrations

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: Smoking is allowed only in open spaces, cannot inside cabins or restaurant.

Q: Can it accommodate disabled people?

A: Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessable.

Q: When do I have to pay for my booking?

A: 30% of the deposit is required to secure your reservation and the final balance is required before the departure date

Q: Do I have to arrange my own travel to Halong Bay?

A: No, we provide a mini bus or private car that will pick you up in the morning from your hotel, take you to Halong bay and back to Hanoi at the end of the cruise

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

A: All cards are accepted

Q: I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay in cash?

Yes, you can visit our head office at 82 Ma May Str.., Hoan Kiem Dist.., Hanoi and pay to our sales team directly

Q: What if I have special dietary requirements?

A: Please notify us of any special dietary requirements or food allergies at least 1 day before your departure date. Non meat eaters are well catered for

Q: Will any electrical equipment I bring with me work on board?

A: Vietnamese style electrical sockets are available in all suites. 220 volts, as is standard throughout services in Vietnam

Q: What happens if I am taken ill?

A: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that we should know about please inform us. There is also a doctor on call and Party cruises carries standard first aid equipment. Please ensure you have adequate medical and travel insurance

Q: Is there internet available?
